Public information is the number one requirement of a healthy democracy. Because secrecy is now so entrenched in government and commercial culture, there is a vital role for public-spirited individuals in helping to provide the public with access to information that protects democratic society. The FFRR campaign has received a lot of support and information from decent people inside the various agencies we deal with. Whilst we do not actively solicit leaks, we are always pleased to receive relevant unsolicited documents.
