Residents are awaiting delivery of the promised 'information packs' to all affected homes and businesses, as promised by Martin Pakula at last Saturday's meeting. With less than two weeks to go until the close of formal submissions, residents have very little information to go on in preparing their written submissions. This is a rushed and inadequate consultation process by any standard. The Minister acknowledged the shortage of information to date when he told The Mail newspaper after the meeting, that people were "hungry" for information.
